Seeking support is a meaningful step. We treat it that way.

Enso Mind was founded by senior clinicians with decades of combined experience in general practice, mental & holistic health care. We built the service we wished existed — rigorous, joined-up, and genuinely human.

One team, under one roof

Psychiatrists, psychologists, speech & language therapists and occupational therapists working in true collaboration — so nothing falls between the cracks.

Gold-standard assessment

Structured diagnostic frameworks, standardised tools and collateral history — delivered by clinicians with deep neurodevelopmental expertise and written up with clarity.

Support that stays with you

Assessment is only the beginning. Titration, therapy, coaching, shared care with GPs — ongoing review for as long as it's helpful, with the same team throughout.
