Premium Health Assessment & Unlimited access : - Face to Face or online Consultations - Private prescriptions, certificates, referral letters all included - 2 home or workplace visits included * -There are no further charges for our services. Private prescribed medicines are subject to the cost of the item and dispensing charge by the pharmacist. - Medical consultations are for non emergency conditions. - Dr Welikele is unavailable for 4 weeks per year; Clients always are given 3 months notice of these periods. Email & telephone messages are monitored during these periods. *
